Founded by Dominique OZANNE (Chairman) and Gaël LE LAY (Deputy CEO), both having more than 25 years of experience in the European hotel sector.
One year later, the company was strengthened following Elsa TOBELEM (Deputy CEO) arrival, with 17 years of experience in the sector.
The management is strong of their expertise in the hotel real estate investment market having closed more than 100 transactions for a total of € 13 billion hotel assets across Europe.
Their complementarity and their capacity understanding the expectations and specificities of each of their partners investors or operators are their main strenghts.

We decided to create HOVA Hospitality following the Covid-19 pandemic.

It also impacted the way travel and hospitality products are consumed, putting pressure on the market to evolve and adapt.

A diversified portfolio across Europe
Asset Management: 135 hotels across several european countries with a value of approximately € 1,4 Bn under agreements with B&B Hotels, Hyatt, IHG and Vacances Select campsites on behalf of Primonial.
Project monitoring and structuring: develop projects in support of our hotel partners or structure mixed use operations of real estate assets.
Opportunities under exclusivity: accompany hotel operators in financing their organic growth and real estate partners in implementing and managing their hotel project.
