A diversified portfolio across Europe
Asset Management: 127 hotels across several european countries with a value of approximately € 1,4 Bn under agreements with B&B Hotels, Hyatt, IHG and Vacances Select campsites on behalf of Primonial.
Project monitoring and structuring: develop projects in support of our hotel partners or structure mixed use operations of real estate assets.
Opportunities under exclusivity: accompany hotel operators in financing their organic growth and real estate partners in implementing and managing their hotel project.
